Benedikt Warth's research focuses on exposome science, investigating how everyday chemical exposures affect human health using advanced mass spectrometry and innovative analytical workflows developed within projects such as the ERC-funded EXPOMET.
Prof. Warth emphasised that this award is not only a personal honour but above all a recognition of the work of all current and former members of his research team as well as of the research infrastructure Exposome Austria which he coordinates. Their commitment and expertise are essential to advancing the field of exposomics and improving public health.
